Hi friends
These days everything is happening online. Whether it’s buying food, booking tickets, or even buying a house — most people check on Google first. In our country also, same thing is happening. Especially in real estate, people want to see your work online before calling or visiting.
I am from real estate background, but I am not from tech side. I wanted to make a simple website to show my projects. But everywhere I checked, they were asking ₹25,000–₹40,000. It was too much for me at that time.
Then I started searching for some easy option. After spending few days, I found a WordPress theme called Spaciaz. I bought it, used it, and made my own website without any expert help.
This blog is just my honest experience. Written in simple way. Maybe it helps someone like me.
What is Spaciaz Theme?
Spaciaz is a paid WordPress theme. But it is not like other general themes. It is made specially for:
- Builders and property developers
- Civil and construction companies
- Interior designers and architects
- Real estate dealers and agents
You don’t need to write any code. Just install it, import demo, and change your content. It comes with full ready layouts.
And yes — it is fully made for Indian style real estate websites. You can add RERA number, GST, legal disclaimer, and all those things.
Why Spaciaz Works Well in India
As we all know, in India people are very careful before trusting someone in real estate. They want to see proper details, photos, maps, status, and all that.
Spaciaz theme gives all these options:
- You can show ongoing and completed projects
- Add Google maps for location
- Show photos and floor plans
- Mention status (ready to move, upcoming, etc.)
- Share awards and customer reviews
It also supports:
- RERA and GST info
- Filters like “Near Airport”, “Close to Main Road”
- Multiple languages (using plugin)
So everything needed for Indian customers is covered.
Simple Features (Explained by Beginner)
1. Layouts for Any Size Business
Doesn’t matter if you are a small builder from Bhubaneswar or a big firm in Bengaluru — Spaciaz has demo layouts for all.
Just pick the one that matches your style. Your website will look professional from first day only. Even I was shocked how good it looked after demo import.
2. Drag & Drop — No Coding Headache
Editing part was my biggest fear. But Spaciaz uses Elementor builder.
You can just:
- Click on any section
- Edit the text
- Change the image
- Move blocks up and down
It’s like using Canva or Facebook. Very simple. I did all changes from my phone also.
3. Project Portfolio Section
In India, people ask “What projects you have done before?”
With this theme, you can easily show:
- Project name and image
- Flat size, number of floors
- Location and type (villa, plot, flat)
- Current status — ongoing, completed, upcoming
Visitors can also filter by location or type. For example: “2BHK in Nashik”, “Plots near Expressway”.
Very helpful when showing projects.
4. Team Section to Build Trust
In our country, people trust people. So it’s good to show who is behind the company.
This theme has a team section where you can add:
- Photo of each team member
- Role (like Architect, Sales Head)
- Social media or phone number
Even if you have 2-3 people, it looks very nice.
5. WhatsApp Button & Inquiry Forms
Most Indian people don’t fill long forms. They just message on WhatsApp.
Spaciaz theme has:
- WhatsApp floating chat button
- Contact forms like “Book Site Visit” or “Get Brochure”
- Newsletter form also if needed
I started getting leads from day one. No paid ads also.
Mobile Friendly and Loads Fast
Now mostly people open websites on their phone, especially in real estate. Buyers search location, see photos, and call directly.
Spaciaz is:
- Fully responsive on phone
- Loads in 2–3 seconds (I checked on Jio network)
- Looks good even on budget mobiles
I showed my site to one of my clients on mobile and he said “It looks like a big builder’s site”.
Real Use Cases I Noticed
Here are few examples that gave me confidence:
Builder in Lucknow
- Simple homepage
- 3 projects listed
- WhatsApp button added
Architect in Ahmedabad
- Clean layout with photos
- Interior project gallery
- Contact form for consultation
Developer in Hyderabad
- Used modern design
- Client video testimonials
- Download brochure option
All this was done without hiring web designer.
Good for SEO and Blogging
If you want to grow your website traffic, or write articles — this theme supports that too.
- Works with SEO tools like Rank Math, Yoast
- Easy to add keywords like “3BHK near Baner”
- Has blog section (optional)
- You can apply for AdSense later and earn also
I am also planning to write real estate tips blog soon.
Price & Value (From My Side)
The theme cost me around ₹4,800 on ThemeForest. That’s a one-time payment. No monthly charges.
You get:
- Lifetime updates
- Premium features
- No need to depend on web developer
Compared to ₹30,000+ charged by freelancers — this is 100% better. Plus, you have full control.
How I Made My Site (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Bought Theme
